Problem
A family-run carpentry workshop operated purely on word of mouth — with no website, there was no way to showcase past work or take a quote request without a phone call.
Solution
A full WordPress deployment: a WooCommerce product catalogue, a quote request form, a responsive UI matching the brand's craftsmanship feel, plus domain/hosting setup and basic SEO.
Result
The business is now discoverable on Google, and customers can browse the offering and send a request online. I still maintain the site — moderation and ongoing changes on the client's request.
AutoFlow — Release Plan
An operations dashboard for a Toyota & Lexus dealership — a weekly vehicle release plan, statuses, filtering between showrooms and a detailed vehicle view. Built from scratch in plain HTML/CSS/JS, no frameworks.

Problem
The vehicle release plan at the Toyota & Lexus dealership lived across several spreadsheets and verbal hand-offs between departments — nobody had a full picture of the week without manually checking each one.
Solution
A dashboard built from scratch in plain HTML/CSS/JS — a weekly release plan broken down by day, vehicle statuses (ready / pending), filtering between the Toyota and Lexus showrooms, and a detailed per-vehicle view by VIN.
Result
One screen instead of several spreadsheets. Sales and service see a vehicle's status instantly, without asking around — and a bottleneck in the release plan shows up before it becomes a real problem.

A dark, dashboard-style one-pager built from scratch in plain HTML/CSS/JS — no frameworks. Custom cursor, animated orbs, scroll progress, ghost numbers, 10 easter eggs and full responsiveness.
